Effective Transition Planning Elluminate Webinars 2009-2010

Georgia Department of Education 2009-2010 Effective Transition Planning: A Series of Training Sessions to Build Knowledge, Competency and Skill Transition services are meant to be a “results-oriented process” focused on the academic and functional achievement of a student with disabilities to assist the student in attaining the desired post-school outcomes. Transition for students with disabilities remains a critical professional learning area for many Georgia school systems.
